The Southeast Regional Homeland Security Advisory Council (SRAC), with the help of its subcommittees, is responsible for meeting the core capabilities of homeland security and emergency preparedness set forth by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and distributing federal Homeland Security funding.
